Echoes in my mind

A game by SerenityDev. Made in 72 hours for the PJP Game Jam 2023-1.

You are not being true to yourself.

You find yourself coming back to the forest you once loved, however you're hardly the person you should be. You arrive as nothing more than an echo of the past that you miss so much.

Navigate the forest as you attempt to overcome these echoes of past and darkness. 

Controls

Basic

• A - Move Left
• D - Move Right

Echo specific

• Q - Transfer with your echo
  
• Space - Jump (present self)

Thanks for playing! This is both my first Game Jam game and my first GameMaker Studio game. It's also the first project I have made publicly available so overall this was a huge personal milestone for me despite it's brevity and simplicity.
